Focused Tools for Hard Problems

Beta Coming Soon

BatchFox

Purpose-built for photographers and creators who work with camera RAW files. BatchFox Archive outcompresses 7-Zip, WinRAR, and WinZip on every supported route, while returning your original file exactly on supported Exact Restore routes. That's the product doing what it was designed to do.

Planned

BatchFox Relay

A high-speed ingest and delivery pipeline designed for photographers, teams, and event workflows. Relay moves files from camera to workstation, NAS, or archive automatically so your workflow never slows down.

Philosophy

We Build Less,
On Purpose

BatchFox Studio builds fast, focused software for people who rely on their tools every day.

Software should move as fast as you do.

Our products prioritize:

Privacy-first architecture
Batch-scale workflows
Human-in-the-loop AI
High-speed performance
Real competitive advantage

Technology

Built Differently Than Typical SaaS

BatchFox Studio products are built for the job: native speed on your machine, cloud scale when the work calls for it. We pick the deployment that fits the problem, not the trend.

Local or cloud, the goal is the same: software fast enough to disappear into the work.

Local or Cloud, by Design

Each tool runs where it performs best, native on your machine for speed and control, or in the cloud when the work needs scale.

GPU Acceleration

Hardware-aware processing designed to scale with modern, high-volume workloads.

Smart AI Integration

AI acts as an assistant, not a dependency. You remain in control.

Modular Architecture

Composable systems designed to grow with your workflow without introducing friction.

Shared Identity Layer

A unified BatchFox Studio account system connecting all products under one identity.

Format-Specific Compression

BatchFox Archive uses sensor-level intelligence designed for how RAW camera data is structured, not generic pattern matching. That's why the gap against 7-Zip, WinRAR, and WinZip exists.

BatchFox Relay

Planned

Automated ingest and delivery, so files move from camera to workstation, NAS, or archive without manual shuttling.

BatchFox Fax

Research

Dependable delivery over channels that were never built for it. In R&D until the codec is fast enough to send full pages; work resumes after BatchFox launches.

CompVision

Research

Match intelligence for grappling athletes and coaches. In early research.

Nexus & SoulMD

In Development

The multi-agent orchestration (Nexus) and agent-memory and calibration (SoulMD) systems we built to run the studio, in active development and readied to release and sell after launch.

Your Data. Your Call.

Run it on your machine or in the cloud, your call, not ours. Your files and your workflow stay yours.

Fast software should not trap you in someone else's infrastructure.

Local or cloud, your choice
No vendor lock-in
Transparent AI usage
Predictable performance

About

Built By Builders

BatchFox Studio is an independent software studio focused on creating tools that feel fast, clear, and intentional from the first interaction.

The studio was founded by a working security engineer, photographer, and competitive grappler who needed better software for real workflows, not slower cloud dashboards or complicated automation stacks.

BatchFox Studio products are designed around a simple idea: do the hard work so the software feels effortless.

Every tool we build follows the same principles:

  • The right deployment for the job, local or cloud
  • Privacy-respecting architecture
  • Batch-scale workflows instead of one-file-at-a-time tools
  • AI used as an assistant, not a replacement for user control
  • Clean interfaces built for professionals who rely on their tools every day

BatchFox Studio exists to build software that respects your time, your machine, and your momentum.

Client Work

We build for clients, too.

BatchFox Studio does not only ship its own products. We build custom platforms for businesses: booking, payments, member accounts, admin tools, and the web presence around them. The standard is the same either way.

Booking & Registration

Schedules, capacity, reservations, and check-in that replace spreadsheets and paper forms.

Payments & Memberships

Secure checkout, deposits, recurring billing, and digital waivers.

Admin Tools & Web Presence

Dashboards, rosters, and the fast, modern site that carries the brand.

Tools built for the work, not the pitch.

Fast, focused tools for hard problems, deployed wherever the work lives. BatchFox beta is coming soon.
